Each taco is served with a handmade corn tortilla and consists of a piece of beef with lime and salt. Some available options are Bistec for 53 pesos, Costilla for 82 pesos, Gaonera for 70 pesos, and Chuleta for 82 pesos.

The El Califa stand in León, located at Avenida Ribera de San Cosme 56, San Rafael, Cuauhtémoc borough, Mexico City, opens daily at 11:00 AM. Due to its popularity, finding a seat can be challenging, but the wait is worth it.
